It is my pleasure to introduce The Power of Your Voice. This is a project we have wanted to share with you for over a year now but you know how it is, day-to-day activities always seem to get in the way! In case you don't know, The One Stop Voice Shop began 5 years ago in my spare bedroom in a West End apartment in Vancouver, Canada. At the time, it was just my microphone and I
I had set out to become a Voice Talent. I can remember voicing a tag line for a McDonalds commercial in my closet! As time went on and the business grew, I hired long time friend Jim Ptycia to help me out. He had years of creative experience in broadcasting and between the two of us, we started attracting some wonderful opportunities. We started working with some great Vancouver businesses like Dennison GM, Spa Utopia, Sprott-Shaw Community College, Moxies and many others.

We all tend to take things for granted and our own voice is one of them. We are all born with it, but we hardly pay attention to it. We forget that it's
our primary communication tool that we use everyday and it's a gift that we can use to easily convey our emotions. Our speech carries two crucial components, our message and our emotions.
